How To Set Up Business In Dubai: Download The Global Entrepreneurs Guide

The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has launched an entrepreneurs guide to business setup in Dubai.

The Chamber is one of three operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, aiming to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global leader in digital economy, attract specialised talent, leading companies and new investments and create a stimulating environment that supports the growth of digital companies.

The Chamber capitalises on new opportunities emerging from increased digitalisation and the expansion of Fourth Industrial Revolution technology across all sectors of business.

The new 28-page report is a visual, infographic-style overview of key aspects of the entrepreneurial journey to open a business in Dubai.

Dubai’s vibrant economy

The guide starts with a section highlighting interesting facts and statistics on Dubai’s dynamic economy, future strategies, diverse talent pool, and fastest-growing sectors.

Ecosystem enablers

The guide provides valuable information about key ecosystem enablers, including accelerators and incubators.

Investor insights

It includes a visual guide to major investors, covering pre-seed to growth stages.

Business account setup

Entrepreneurs can explore the process of opening a business account in the emirate and find a list of startup-friendly local banks.

The guide also has a section dedicated to the diverse range of free zones in Dubai, and includes a map of the 28 tax-free business zones.

Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the launch of the guide “supports our ongoing efforts to attract and assist entrepreneurs in the digital industries to set up in Dubai, in line with the chamber’s drive to achieve the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).”
